Boys Varsity Track · KSJC Boys Track & Field takes 2nd Place in First Ever PSAL Invitational

The Private Schools Athletic League held the PSAL 1 Invitational, the first ever league Track & Field meet.  10 schools were represented in the historic meet, and KSJC finished in 2nd place behind St. Thomas More High School.  There were several medal earning performances today.  KSJC’s 4 x 100m Relay Team, featuring Kyle DePadua, Anthony Phung, Ramon Valencia, and Josue Martinez took 2nd place, taking home a silver medal.  Josue Martinez also took home gold in the 400m Dash and a silver in the 200m Dash.  Fabian Gonzalez place 2nd in the 800m Run, and Alan Casorla and Kyle DePadua placed 2nd and 3rd respectively in the 300m Hurdles.  Anthony Phung took home Bronze in the 3200m Run.  In the field events, Ramon Valencia took home the gold in the Discus, Kyle DePadua took 3rd in the Long Jump, and Spencer Tang took 3rd place in the Shot Put.
